QR code generator · static codes need no sign-up
Print it once.
Change it forever.
Make a QR code that looks like it belongs on your menu, your poster, or your business card. Keep it static: free, no account, no watermark. Or make it dynamic, and change where it points long after it’s been printed.

Static or dynamic?
A static code has your link baked into the pattern. A dynamic code holds a short /qr link that forwards people to yours, so you can swap the destination later. Here’s the honest difference.
| Static | Dynamic | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Free, forever | 3 free, then plans from $2.99/month |
| Account | Not needed | Free account |
| Change the link after printing | No | Yes, any time |
| Scan stats | No | Countries, cities, devices, daily trends |
| Pause it | No | Yes |
| Works even if /qr disappears | Yes. The link lives inside the code | No. Scans go through /qr first |
| Best for | Wi-Fi passwords, business cards, things that won’t change | Menus, flyers, packaging, anything printed in bulk |
What you can do with it
- 01
Make it look like yours
Round the dots, recolor the corners, drop your logo in the middle, add a little “Scan me” frame. It still looks like a QR code, just not a boring one.
- 02
Know it scans before you print
Every design gets a score. Pale colors, a logo that’s too big, or a crowded code all get flagged before you send 500 flyers to the printer.
- 03
Files your printer will like
SVG that scales to any size, or PNG up to 4096 px. Transparent backgrounds if you need them.
- 04
Not just links
Wi-Fi logins, contact cards, emails, texts, phone numbers, map pins, or plain text.

A couple of promises
No subscription traps. Your QR codes never expire.
Some QR sites let you print a “free” code, then switch it off after two weeks unless you start paying. Your flyers are already out there, so you pay. We think that’s a rotten trick, and /qr won’t do it.
Static codes are yours forever and work even without this site. Dynamic codes stay live as long as your account does, free plan included. If you cancel a paid plan, every code keeps working. The ones over the free limit just can’t be edited until you come back.
